15 Tips on cutting calories

  1. Drink skim milk
  2. Drink water not juice
  3. Eat one slice of bread or half a bagel
  4. Use cooking spray instead of oil or butter
  5. Eat extra lean ground meat instead of regular
  6. Take the meat out if at all possible
  7. Leave a few bites on your plate
  8. Trim fat off meat before using
  9. Bake instead of fry
  10. eat berries for sweets instead of ice cream and cookies
  11. Drink diet pop instead of regular
  12. Drink light beer if you must drink beer
  13. make a low fat smoothie instead of ice cream
