1 potatoe with sour cream and butter

drinks
juice
okay so many it was more then i thought. but it was a lot better then i normally would do and i didn't eat as much of those things as i would otherwise.
I woke up the next morning sick! and gassy
I did my workout out
Elip 20 minutes
and weights 10 minutes
